Overview

BeanVibe is a modern café startup with a mission to bring coffee to life in a playful, funky, and youth-driven way. The brand owner wanted a mascot-led identity to reflect his chill, energetic personality and connect with younger coffee lovers. I created the full brand identity, logo system, mascot, and ad creatives to launch BeanVibe as a fun and engaging café brand.

  • Core audience = youths and new-age coffee lovers, requiring fresh, bold aesthetics.

  • Challenge: How to make a coffee bean mascot funny, relatable, and modern.

  • Needed to ensure the mascot wasn’t just fun but also scalable across ads, packaging, and digital.

answers of your Common questions

Most founders ask the same things before applying. Here's what you probably want to know.

How is this different from hiring a regular web designer or agency?

Most designers build you a site and disappear. I stick around for three months testing, analyzing, and optimizing until we find what actually converts your traffic. You don't get a pretty site - you get a PROVEN SYSTEM.

Is this right for my business size?

This works best for B2B service or SaaS companies doing $1M-$10M ARR with teams under 25 people. If you're pre-revenue or still validating your offer, you're not ready yet. If you're over $10M, you probably need a full in-house team instead of a proven system.

What if I don't have much traffic yet?

You need at least 1,000 monthly visitors or an active ad budget to test effectively. The system only works when we have real data to analyze. Without traffic, we're guessing instead of proving what converts.

Do you work with B2C or e-commerce?

No. I only work with B2B service firms and SaaS companies where the goal is booking qualified demos or consultations. This system is built specifically for that not for selling products or serving consumers.

What do you need from me during the 90 days?

Show up for checkpoint calls, approve direction when needed, and give me analytics access. I need your input to build a system that actually fits your business not a template that looks good but doesn't work for you.

Why does this take 90 days?

Because real conversion optimization isn't instant. We need time to test variations, gather data, analyze what's working, and refine the system. One-off site builds look pretty but fail because they're based on assumptions, not proof.

Do you guarantee specific conversion rate improvements?

No, because your offer, market, and traffic quality all play a role. What I guarantee is a systematic testing process that finds and proves what works for your specific business. You get a repeatable system, not empty promises.

What happens after the 90 days, do I need to keep paying you?

No. After 90 days, you own the proven system we built together. You'll know exactly what converts and how to replicate it. I'm available for ongoing optimization if you want it, but you're not locked in.

Can I make updates to the site myself or am I dependent on you?

You get full control. I build in Framer and train you on managing it. The system is yours you can run it yourself or bring me back in when you want to test new strategies.

Why is this an investment, not just another expense?

It's an investment because you're building something that compounds. Every demo your new system books is revenue you would've closed. Every qualified lead that converts is money your old site was leaving on the table. The deposit gets us started proving what works, and the full investment pays for the 90 days of testing that most agencies never do. You're not buying design opinions, you're funding the process that finds your exact conversion formula.
